We’re Building A Park In Tennessee
We are in Caledonia Forest’s home state and working on two projects. Our original Forest Nature park and currently building out our renowned Wildlife Conservation park in Dover, TN that will be open in 2025.
Wildlife Conservation, Shopping, Walking Trails, & More
Dover, TN
Tennessee is Caledonia Forest’s official home state. Our first park will be uniquely different from the ones in other states. It will be our main renowned Wildlife Conservation park and “resort.” Our conservation park will be tucked into 500 acres of forest land in Dover, TN - thirty minutes outside of Clarksville and an hour and a half outside of Nashville, TN.
Our conservation park will have miles of walking trails, creeks, fishing ponds, BnBs, restaurants, shopping centers, wildlife center with live animals, educational centers, event center, and so much more.
This park will be different from our Caledonia Forest Parks found in every state, since this will be our primary homebase and the “first” park of many to come. We have a great team of builders who are currently in the process of prepping the land and building out ponds for local wildlife. Our goal is to open by the summer of 2025.
